Owner Wayne Bourne set out to prove that an HVAC company could operate with complete integrity and still be successful. More than 40 years later, we’re still proving it. Wayne’s spouse Eileen serves as President & Treasurer, and their sons Craig and Matthew lead the residential and commercial divisions.
Our owners are lifelong Fredericksburg residents, committed to our community and customers. Our technicians are CFC certified and manufacturer trained on all major brands, and we’re fully licensed and insured.
